North Italia Launches New “Summer Sips” Cocktails & Happy Hour to Go
06.29.23
North Italia is celebrating the season with its Summer Sips campaign featuring 14 limited edition cocktails created by the restaurant’s top bartenders across the country from East to the West Coast, in addition to debuting a limited-time Happy Hour cocktail and food-to-go menu.
Priced at $15 each, these four bevies were thoughtfully created by North Italia mixologists from across the country who drew inspiration from classic cocktails like the Blue Hawaiian, Vodka Gimlets, and Whiskey Sours––drinks the team has been enjoying since their 21st birthday as a cheeky nod to North Italia turning 21 this year. Below is an overview of the cocktails which are available for dine-in only through September 4:
CAPRI GIMLET (Santa Monica, El Segundo and Del Almo locations only) | Hendrick’s Gin, Cucumber, Italian Elderflower, Fresh Lime
Created by North Italia Santa Monica’s lead bartenders, Holly Hill and Vienna Manassero
DOLCE FIORE (nationwide) | Rose Infused Aviation Gin, Fiorente, Starlino Rosé and Lemon
Created by North Italia Irvine’s lead bartender, Brian Claxton, to represent all “west coast” locations
AMARENA SOUR (nationwide) | Yellowstone Bourbon, Disaronno, Grand Marnier, Luxardo Cherry, Pressed Lemon
IL CIELO (nationwide) | Vulcanica Sicilian Vodka, Fiorente, Blue Curacao and Lemon
HAPPY HOUR TO-GO:
Exclusively available through July 31 and varying at select locations across the country, North Italia will offer a curated Happy Hour menu featuring a selection of signature craft cocktails and shareable plates, available for guests to order to-go or order via DoorDash. A snapshot of North Italia’s Happy Hour To-Go drink offerings includes their Espresso Martini, Pomegranate Mule, Sicilian Margarita, and select bottles of wine, and food items include their Zucca chips, White Truffle Bread, and Chef’s Board.
